Semur Tahu Recipe

Ingredients

Water 200 ml
Sweet soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Flavor enhancer 1/8 teaspoon
Granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, granulated sugar, and flavor enhancer. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Cut the tofu into three equal, thin slices. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, then drain and set aside.

  3. In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the sliced red onions and garlic until fragrant.
