Nasi Goreng Gulung Tahu Manis

Seasoning (Masako) a pinch
Galangal 1 cm (smashed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fried Rice: In a blender, combine the shallots, garlic, bird’s eye chili, and salt, then blend until smooth. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the mixture until fragrant.

  2. Mix in the Rice: Add the cooked rice to the pan, stirring well to combine. Pour in the sweet soy sauce and a bit of seasoning, mixing until the rice is evenly coated.

  3. Make the Egg Wrap: In a bowl, whisk the egg with a pinch of salt. Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil, pour in the egg, and spread it out into a thin layer. Cook until set.
