Sayur Tempe Kacang Panjang Telur Puyuh

Ingredients:

Tempe (cut into cubes and lightly fried) 1 block
Long green beans (kacang panjang) 1 small bunch
Quail eggs (boiled) 10 pieces
Red onion (sliced thin) 2 bulbs
Garlic (sliced thin) 2 cloves
Green chili 1 piece
Red chili 1 piece
Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) To taste
Sugar (gugarmer) To taste
Water A splash

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, sauté the sliced red onion and garlic until fragrant. Add a touch of sugar to enhance the flavors.
  2. Incorporate the fried tempe, long green beans, and boiled quail eggs, mixing them well together.
  3. Add a splash of water to soften the green beans.
  4. Season with sweet soy sauce, stirring to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
