Ingredients

Tempe 2 papan, cut into cubes
Green Beans (Buncis) 250 grams, cut into pieces
Cooking Oil A little, for sautéing
Water A little
Brown Sugar To taste, grated
Spices:
Red Onions 6, thinly sliced
Garlic 6 cloves, thinly sliced
Large Green Chilies 6, cut into pieces
Galangal 3 cm, smashed
Bay Leaf 1 leaf
Salt To taste
Flavor Enhancer To taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauté: Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced red onions and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and softened.
  2. Add the Vegetables: Stir in the green beans and cook until they begin to wilt.
