Tempe Tahu Tumis Kecap

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Tempe 1/2 piece
Tahu 1/2 piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Green onions 1/2 stalk
Sweet soy sauce (Kecap) To taste
Cooking oil For frying
Chili powder To taste
Sesame seeds For garnish
Large green chili 1 (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Slice the tempe and tofu into desired shapes. Chop the garlic and green onions.
  2. Sauté: Heat oil in a pan and sauté the tempe and tofu until they are halfway cooked. Remove and drain excess oil.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In the same pan, sauté the garlic and green onions until fragrant. Add the tempe and tofu back in.
