1. Prepare the vegetables | Slice the long green beans and cabbage into small pieces. Remove the corn kernels from the cob. Cube the tempeh and fry until golden, then set aside. |
2. Prepare the seasonings | Thinly slice the shallots, garlic, green chili, and tomato. Crush the galangal and lemongrass for added flavor. |
