Teriyaki Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams beef, thinly sliced
  • 250 grams broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Ice water
  • Water for boiling
  • Oil for sautรฉing or butter

Marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef:
