Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef, thinly sliced
- 250 grams broccoli
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Ice water
- Water for boiling
