Ingredients:
- 100 grams of cooked beef (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce (such as Saori)
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
Instructions:
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté the finely chopped onion, shallots, and minced garlic until they become fragrant and translucent.
- Add the cooked beef to the pan and stir briefly. Pour in one cup of water, ensuring that the beef is well combined with the aromatics.
- Incorporate the chopped tomato and all the seasoning ingredients: Teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, and chicken bouillon powder. Stir well to combine.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Continue cooking until the liquid has reduced and the sauce has thickened, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
