Ingredients:

  • Beef: 1/4 kg
  • For the Marinade:
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 3 shallots (substitute for onions)
    • Salt to taste
    • Teriyaki sauce
    • Oyster sauce
    • Seasoning powder
    • Ground white pepper to taste
  • For Garnishing:
    • Sliced green onions
    • Sliced tomatoes
    • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Start by boiling the beef until tender. Once cooked, cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Mix the beef with teriyaki sauce and ground white pepper. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to ensure the flavors penetrate the meat.
