Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 beef-flavored sausages, sliced

  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 packets Saori Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Saori Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, Saori brand
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken and Sausage:

    • Rinse the chicken pieces thoroughly and place them in a bowl.
    • Slice the sausages into rounds and add them to the bowl with the chicken.
    • Add one packet of Saori Teriyaki Sauce, a splash of sweet soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste.
    • Mix well to coat all the ingredients with the marinade.
    • Cover the bowl and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Aromatics:

    • In a large skillet or wok, heat the margarine over medium heat.
    • Add the minced ginger and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and golden.
  3. Cook the Chicken and Sausage:
