Orek Telur and Tahu Delight
Ingredients:

- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg (whisked together with the egg whites)
- 2 large blocks of tofu, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- A splash of tomato sauce
- A dash of chili sauce (optional, for a hint of spice)
- A splash of oyster sauce
- Salt, sugar, and pepper to taste

Begin by frying the tofu cubes until they are halfway cooked. Set them aside for later use. -
