Orek Tahu Telur
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 2 blocks of firm tofu (diced into small cubes)
- 1 small head of cabbage (thinly sliced)
- Soy sauce
- Seasoning powder
- Sugar
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Ground spices:
- 5 cloves of shallots
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Pepper
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until they are halfway cooked but still tender, ensuring they do not become too crispy. Remove the tofu from the pan and drain on paper towels.

In the same pan, sauté the ground shallots, garlic, and pepper until fragrant and the raw smell disappears.

Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble until they are slightly cooked.

Gently fold in the previously fried tofu cubes into the egg mixture.
