Tofu Beef Stir-Fry

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce.
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil.
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch: Dissolved in water to make a slurry.
  • Salt and chicken bouillon powder: To taste.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Cut the egg tofu into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a hot pan until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, add a touch of oil if needed, and sauté the minced garlic and sliced ginger until fragrant.
