Tahu Chicken and Enoki Mushroom Balls

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams ground chicken
  • 3 pieces Chinese tofu (tahu cina)
  • 1 package enoki mushrooms (or any mushrooms of your choice)
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • To taste: chicken stock powder
  • To taste: garlic powder
  • To taste: ground black pepper
  • To taste: salt
  • To taste: cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Start by preparing all your ingredients. Crumble the Chinese tofu into a bowl.

  2. Mix Ingredients: In the bowl with the crumbled tofu, add the ground chicken, enoki mushrooms, egg white, and the seasonings: chicken stock powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

  3. Shape the Mixture: Take portions of the mixture and form into small balls or any shape you prefer. Be creative with the shapes!

  4. Fry the Balls: Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the shaped tofu and chicken balls. Fry them until they are golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
