Nasgor Tuna Wisma Recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
White Rice 1 plate
Shallots (Bawang Merah) 2 cloves
Garlic (Bawang Putih) 1 clove
Green Onions (Bawang Daun) To taste
Red Chili (Cabe Merah) 1 piece
Egg (Telur) 1 piece
Salt (Garam) To taste
Masako (seasoning) To taste
Canned Tuna or Sardines Sufficient amount, sautéed
Cooking Oil (Minyak Goreng) 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Begin by finely slicing the shallots, garlic, green onions, and red chili.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add all the sliced ingredients into the skillet, sautéing them until fragrant.
  4. Crack the egg into the mixture and stir until it combines well with the spices.
  5. Continue to cook, ensuring the egg is fully cooked and integrated with the sautéed ingredients.
  6. Add the sautéed tuna or sardines into the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  7. Introduce the cooked rice into the skillet, mixing everything thoroughly over medium heat until the rice is heated through and coated with the flavors.
  8. Season the dish with salt and Masako, stirring again until everything is evenly mixed.
  9. Once cooked to your liking, remove from heat and serve. Remember to say “Bismillah” before enjoying your meal!
