Ingredients:
Dough:
- 450 grams high-protein flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 20 grams sugar
- 250 ml warm water
- 35 ml vegetable oil (or olive oil for added flavor)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping:
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 large sweet corn, cooked and kernels removed
- 1 can tuna in oil, drained
- Dried parsley, to taste
- Melted cheese

- In a small bowl, mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes, or until it becomes frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the high-protein flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and vegetable oil.
- Stir until the dough begins to come together. Turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into two portions. Lightly oil your pizza pans or baking sheets. Stretch and press each portion of dough into the pans to form an even layer.

- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cooked sweet corn kernels, and drained tuna. Adjust the quantity of mayonnaise to your preference.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
