Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green tomatoes, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 shallots, finely sliced
  • 8 small red chilies (adjust to taste)
  • 1 packet of ground black pepper (optional, can be skipped)
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the green tomatoes into small cubes. Slice the garlic and shallots thinly. Chop the red chilies, adjusting the quantity based on your spice preference.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, shallots, and chopped red chilies to the hot oil. Sauté until the mixture becomes fragrant and the shallots are translucent.

  3. Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the sautéed aromatics. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs and mix them with the aromatics.
