Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg chicken (boneless, skinless)
- 1/3 bunch of green mustard greens
- 2 sheets of cabbage (thinly sliced like noodles)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- For the spice mix:
- 4 red chili peppers
- 1 curly red chili pepper
- 4 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- For seasoning:
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Oyster sauce
- For garnish:
- Green onions (chopped)
- Celery (chopped)

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Thoroughly wash all ingredients.
- Boil the chicken with kaffir lime leaves until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

- Cut the green mustard greens and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Chop the red chili peppers, curly red chili pepper, shallots, garlic, and onion.
