- 1 large pack of instant chicken seasoning flour, mixed with a bit of all-purpose flour
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato, pureed
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Sugar and salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
