Sayur Tahu Sederhana Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of yellow tofu (tahu kuning)
- 3 small carrots
- 1 large red onion
- 1 clove garlic (adjust to taste)
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 tomato
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tablespoon seasoned salt (Ladaku)
- A pinch of Royco seasoning
- 3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:
- Wash and cut the carrots and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the red onion, garlic, green onion, and tomato.

Sauté Vegetables:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced red onion, garlic, and green onion to the pan. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent.

Boil the Vegetables:
- In a large pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the carrots and cook until tender.

Add Tofu and Seasonings:
- Add the tofu pieces to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sautéed mixture, along with the tomato slices.
- Season with salt, sugar, seasoned salt (Ladaku), and a pinch of Royco seasoning.

- Allow the mixture to simmer for a few more minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
