Preparing the Mutton Keema Balls

  1. Prepare the Mutton Mixture:
    Begin by ensuring that your mutton kheema is fresh and ready to use. In a mixer jar, combine the finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, and a pinch of salt. Grind this mixture to a smooth paste and transfer it into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    To the bowl containing the ground masala, add the chopped coriander and mint leaves along with one whole egg. Combine these ingredients well to form a flavorful mixture. Next, incorporate the mutton kheema into the mixture, ensuring it is mixed thoroughly and evenly.

  3. Bind the Mixture:
    You may find that the mutton mixture is quite moist at this stage. To achieve the right consistency, gradually add the gram flour (besan) and mix until everything is well combined and can hold its shape.

  4. Shape the Keema Balls:
