Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 3 small heads of broccoli
  • 200 grams of beef, sliced thinly
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Seasoning powder (optional)
  • 5 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Marinate the Beef: Combine the beef slices with oyster sauce and cornstarch in a bowl, mixing thoroughly. Allow the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

  • Bright Green Broccoli: To ensure your broccoli stays bright green and attractive, blanch it briefly in hot water for 1 minute before adding it to the stir-fry. After blanching, immediately transfer the broccoli to cold water to stop the cooking process.
