Sautéed Beef with Cabbage and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/4 large cabbage
  • Baby green beans, as needed
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Pepper
  • Oyster sauce (optional if not available)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Thinly slice the carrot.
    • Cut the baby green beans lengthwise.
    • Chop the cabbage into large pieces.
