Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Thoroughly wash the chicken pieces under running water to ensure they are clean. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chicken pieces. Boil over high heat for about 10 minutes to remove any impurities. After boiling, drain the chicken and rinse it again with clean water.

Step 2: Make the Marinade

  1. Using a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic, turmeric, and coriander into a smooth paste to create the marinade.
