Ingredients:
For Dragon Chicken:
- 500 grams Chicken
- 100 grams Baby Corn, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), diced
- 2 Carrots (Gajjar), diced
- 1 Whole Egg
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Corn Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper Powder
- 1/2 cup Schezwan Sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
- Oil, as required for frying
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
For Sauteed Vegetables:
- 6 Button Mushrooms, diced
- 4 Asparagus, diced
- 1 Carrot (Gajjar), peeled and diced
- 1 Onion, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 2 Fresh Red Chillies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- White Pepper Powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
For Sizzler:
- 2 cups Fried Rice (chicken or plain)
- French Fries, as required

Instructions:

Prepare the Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried Rice as per the provided recipe. Keep it aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, ginger, garlic, egg, salt, red chilli flakes, and corn flour. Mix well and marinate for a few minutes.

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add onion, capsicum, baby corn, and carrots. Sauté them for about 2–3 minutes until they are slightly soft yet crunchy. Set them aside.

Heat oil in another pan and fry the marinated chicken until crispy and golden on all sides (about 5-6 minutes). You can deep-fry the chicken if desired. Set aside.

In a pan, heat some oil and add ginger, garlic, and fresh red chillies. Cook for 1–2 minutes.

Add Schezwan sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup, and salt to the pan. Stir well, then add the fried chicken and sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together for 1 minute, ensuring the chicken and vegetables are coated in the sauce. Set aside.

For the sautéed vegetables, heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic, and fresh red chillies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes until the moisture evaporates. Add carrots, asparagus, and onions. Stir in teriyaki sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crunchy. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Assemble the sizzler: Place the Burnt Garlic Chicken Fried Rice in the center of the sizzler plate. Add the Dragon Chicken with sautéed vegetables on the sides, along with French fries.
