Green beans (French beans, blanched) 8 pieces
Extra virgin olive oil (for grilling) As required

Hakka noodles (boiled) 200 grams
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Spring onion greens (chopped) 1 stalk
Sesame seeds (til seeds) 2 tsp

Instructions:

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
Begin by preparing the chicken. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken pieces with dark soy sauce, cornflour, whole wheat flour, and ginger garlic paste. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly, ensuring each piece is fully covered with the marinade. Let the chicken rest for about 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors.

Step 2: Grill the Vegetables
While the chicken is marinating, it’s time to prepare the grilled vegetables. Start by blanching the carrots, French beans, and broccoli in hot water for a few minutes.
