Stir-Fried Spinach with Onion and Beef Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of spinach, cleaned and washed thoroughly
- Beef meatballs, sliced as desired
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Water, as needed
Grated Spices:
- 1 onion, peeled and washed
- 5 cloves of garlic, peeled and washed
Steps:
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the grated onion and garlic, and the beef meatballs. Sauté until the aroma is fragrant and the meatballs are slightly browned.
- Pour in about 200 ml of water and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the spinach and soy sauce. Allow the spinach to cook until it begins to wilt.
- When the spinach starts to wilt, season with salt and sugar to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes to ensure the spinach is tender and the flavors meld together.
- Turn off the heat and serve the stir-fried spinach with onion and beef meatballs hot.
