Sizzling Spinach and Savory Meatball Stir-Fry

Stir-Fried Spinach with Onion and Beef Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of spinach, cleaned and washed thoroughly
  • Beef meatballs, sliced as desired
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Water, as needed

Grated Spices:

  • 1 onion, peeled and washed
  • 5 cloves of garlic, peeled and washed

Steps:

  1. In a wok or large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the grated onion and garlic, and the beef meatballs. Sauté until the aroma is fragrant and the meatballs are slightly browned.
  3. Pour in about 200 ml of water and bring it to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, add the spinach and soy sauce. Allow the spinach to cook until it begins to wilt.
  5. When the spinach starts to wilt, season with salt and sugar to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
  6. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes to ensure the spinach is tender and the flavors meld together.
  7. Turn off the heat and serve the stir-fried spinach with onion and beef meatballs hot.
