Minute Steaks With Taco Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 25g butter
  • 2 button mushrooms
  • 6 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 300g minute steaks
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1 Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. 0 mins
2 Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry for 1 minute on each side on fairly high heat. 2 mins
3 (Optional: add other spices if desired) Place the cooked steaks into a serving dish and place in the oven to keep warm. 3 mins
4 Add mushrooms to the pan. 4 mins
5 Cook on high heat and lightly brown. 6 mins
6 Remove mushrooms from pan and place in oven to keep warm. 7 mins
7 Pour the taco sauce in the pan and simmer for about 1 minute. 8 mins
8 Place the mushrooms and steaks on a plate and pour the taco sauce over the steaks. 9 mins
9 Garnish with the parsley. 10 mins
10 Serve. 10 mins
