Potato Towers with Smoked Salmon and Provola

Instructions

To prepare the Potato Towers with Smoked Salmon and Provola, start by washing and drying the potatoes thoroughly. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandolin or a knife, aiming for slices about 3 mm thick.

Next, arrange the potato discs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brushing the tops lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper on each slice for added flavor.

While the potatoes bake, slice the provola cheese into pieces that are just slightly smaller than the potato slices. For each tower, you’ll need three slices of potato, 20 small pieces of provola cheese, and 10 slices of smoked salmon.
