Arugula 50g

Whole Grain Rye Bread (dark) 400g

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread: Start by slicing the whole grain rye bread into 1 cm thick pieces. Arrange them on a cutting board, and slice them in half to form smaller portions. Repeat for all the slices of bread.

  2. Prepare the Smoked Salmon: Next, take the smoked salmon and cut it into slices that weigh around 30 grams each. Each slice should be the same size as the pieces of bread.

  3. Assemble the Bruschetta: Lay each slice of smoked salmon on top of the bread pieces. Add a teaspoon of salted capers (approximately 4 grams) to each piece.

  4. Season: Sprinkle a pinch of coarse salt over each bruschetta. For an extra burst of flavor, squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice over the top.
