2 cans Chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

  5. Repeat Blending: Repeat the blending process with the remaining roasted vegetables and half of the remaining chicken broth.

  6. Combine Ingredients: Transfer the blended mixture to a large saucepan. Stir in the remaining chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Heat the mixture through.

  7. Add Dairy: Stir in the half-and-half and snipped fresh dill.

  8. Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls. Top each serving with the reserved green sections of the onion and a sprig of fresh dill.
