Ingredients:
- 2 packs of instant noodles with Soto Ayam flavor (boil without the seasoning)
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 7 leaves of Napa cabbage, chopped
- 2 packets Soto seasoning (discard the koya powder)

- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 small Thai chilies (optional, adjust according to your spice preference)
- Cooking oil
