Speck Fagottini Filled with Robiola Cheese and Torcelli

Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Prepare the Robiola Cream:
- Begin by finely chopping the fresh thyme, basil, and chives.
- Place the robiola cheese in a large mixing bowl, and gently fold in the finely chopped herbs until well incorporated.
- Add one teaspoon of sweet paprika to the mixture, stirring it through to infuse the cream with flavor.
 
- Prepare the Speck Cones:
- Take each slice of speck and fold it to create a cone shape. To keep the cone together, gently press the bottom end with your finger.
- Make sure the side of the speck with visible pepper is on the outside for an added visual appeal.
 
- Fill the Cones:
- Once the cones are formed, fill each with the robiola cream mixture, using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip for an elegant finish.
