Spiced Beef Soup with Carrots and Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef, cut to your preference
- 2 carrots, cut to your preference
- 2 potatoes, cut to your preference
- 1 red tomato, cut into 6 pieces
- 1 stalk of green onion, chopped
- 6 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp whole black pepper, ground
- 2 cm ginger, smashed
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste

Preparation:
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. Cut the beef, carrots, potatoes, and tomato as specified. Chop the green onion and slice the shallots thinly.
Cooking:

- Place the beef in a pressure cooker with 1.5 liters of water.
- Cook for about 15 minutes or until the beef is tender.
- Once done, drain the beef and cut it into pieces. Reserve the beef broth.
