- 2 green chili peppers
- 1 – 2 fresh ginger pieces
- 1 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2/3 cup cilantro (plus extra for garnish)
- 2/3 cup basmati rice
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 2 golden raisins
- Slivered almonds for garnish
