Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
  • 1 cup Lukewarm Water
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Dry Ginger Powder
  • 2 Ripe Bananas, sliced
  • 3 Dates, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Anardana Powder (Pomegranate Seed Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Walnuts
  • A pinch of Salt

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the instant oats, lukewarm water, a pinch of salt, and the cinnamon and dry ginger powder. Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal thickens and the oats are cooked through.

  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and transfer the cooked oatmeal into a serving bowl.

  3. Pour the coconut milk over the oatmeal and stir to combine.

  4. Top the oatmeal with sliced bananas, dates, walnuts, and a sprinkle of anardana powder (pomegranate seed powder). Drizzle with honey and give it one more gentle stir.

  5. Serve immediately for a quick, nourishing breakfast. For an added refreshing touch, enjoy it with a side of cantaloupe (melon) juice.
