Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream:

    • Start by making the creamy base. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, yogurt, and coffee at room temperature. Mix well using a whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
    • Once the cream is ready, transfer it into a piping bag (without a tip) and place it in the freezer for a few minutes to firm up.
  2. Make the Crumble:

    • In a food processor, add the digestive biscuits, blanched almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, and the Chinese five-spice blend. Pulse until the mixture forms a coarse, crumbly texture.
    • Set aside the crumble for later use.
  3. Assemble the Tiramisu:

    • Begin by placing a small amount of the cream mixture at the bottom of each serving glass.
    • Briefly dip the ladyfingers (Savoiardi) into the coffee (about 250g) for just a few seconds, making sure they donโ€™t become too soggy. Break them into 2-3 parts and layer them on top of the cream. You will need 2 ladyfingers per glass.
    • Repeat the layering process, adding more cream and dipping more ladyfingers until the glasses are filled.
  4. Finish with the Crumble:

    • Top the tiramisu with a spoonful of the crumble mixture, adding a final crunchy texture to the dessert.
    • For an extra touch of decadence, grate some chocolate directly from a block using a sharp knife and sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the top.
  5. Chill and Serve:

    • Place the assembled tiramisu in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
