  1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and melted ghee.

  2. Mix the ingredients well and gradually add warm water to make dough.

  3. Knead the dough for about 15 minutes until it becomes soft and pliable.

  4. Cover the dough and let it stand for half an hour to rest.
