Sambel Teri Nasi Tahu Tempe

Ingredients

Teri Medan (small anchovies) 100 grams
Tempeh 1/2 block
Tahu Kuning (yellow tofu) 2 pieces
Red Chilies 15 pieces
Garlic (fried) 2 cloves
Shallots (fried) 5 pieces
Bay Leaves 2 leaves
Sugar To taste
Royco Seasoning To taste
Tomato 1/2 piece

Instructions

  1. Prepare Tofu and Tempeh: Cut the tempeh and tofu into matchstick shapes and fry them until golden and crispy.
  2. Fry Anchovies: Fry the Teri Medan until crispy, but not overly so, to avoid tough texture.
  3. Blend the Spice Paste: In a blender, combine the red chilies, tomato, fried shallots, and garlic until smooth.

  5. Combine Ingredients: Add the fried tempeh, tofu, and anchovies to the pan. Stir well to combine.
