Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup instant coconut milk (such as Kara)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- 1.5 cm galangal, peeled and sliced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 shallots
- Salt, to taste
- Granulated sugar, to taste
- Palm sugar, to taste
