Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken (cut into small pieces, as desired)
- 1 cup Sajiku flour (spicy variety recommended)
- 1 large egg
- For the sambal:
- 5 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 large red chilies
- 7 bird’s eye chilies (adjust to taste)
- Sugar, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying

Prepare the Chicken:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, adjusting to your preference.
- In a bowl, beat the egg and dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Dredge the egg-coated chicken pieces in Sajiku flour, making sure they are well-coated.
