12 Torpedo rolls
1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
1 Paprika

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Using a food processor, finely slice the torpedo rolls and set aside.
    • Finely chop bacon and place it in a large, deep sautรฉ pan over medium heat.
    • Medium chop green and red bell peppers, yellow onions, and parsley, then add them to the cooking bacon.

    • Add the sliced rolls, a cup at a time, and incorporate the reserved clam juice as needed to maintain a slightly wet stuffing consistency.
  4. Stuff Clams:

    • Spoon-fill each clam shell with the stuffing mixture.
    • Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the stuffing and lightly dust with paprika for color.
  5. Bake:

    • Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF.
