Telur Balado with Anchovies

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken eggs (adjust according to preference)
  • 50% chili (pounded to taste)
  • Cooking oil
  • 5 shallots (pounded)
  • 4 garlic cloves (pounded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tomato (optional, 4% can be used)
  • 1 handful of anchovies

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Eggs: Boil the eggs until fully cooked. Once cooked, peel off the shells.

  2. Fry the Eggs: After peeling, lightly fry the eggs until the surface develops a crispy skin.
