Balado Nila Fish and Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 2 Nile tilapia fish
  • Tofu, cut into pieces
  • 10 red chilies
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tomato
  • Lime juice, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Flavor enhancer, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fish: Clean the Nile tilapia thoroughly and rub with lime juice and salt. Allow it to marinate for a few minutes to infuse the flavors.

  2. Fry the Fish and Tofu: Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu pieces until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same oil, fry the marinated fish until it is cooked through and crispy. Remove and set aside with the tofu.

  5. Combine and Serve: Add the fried fish and tofu to the pan with the spice paste. Gently toss everything together, allowing the fish and tofu to coat with the flavorful paste. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
