Telur Bumbu Bali Recipe

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pieces Hard-boiled eggs (fried)
2 leaves Kaffir lime leaves
To taste Salt
1 cup Water (minimum)
1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce
To taste Additional water
Ground Spices:
5 pieces Shallots
3 cloves Garlic
8 pieces Red chilies
1 large Tomato
2 pieces Candlenuts
To taste Pepper
To taste Coriander

Instructions

  1. In a pan, sauté the ground spices until fragrant, then add the kaffir lime leaves.
  2. Add the fried hard-boiled eggs to the pan, followed by the water and sweet soy sauce. Allow the spices to infuse by stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Season with salt to taste, ensuring the flavors meld beautifully.
  4. Once the sauce is rich and aromatic, remove from heat and serve warm.
