Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2-3 handfuls of bean sprouts
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2-3 small red chili peppers, sliced diagonally
  • 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • Oyster sauce, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Eggs:
