Ingredients:
- 5 ounces of beef
- 4 small sausages
- 1 potato
- 6 red chilies
- 6 green chilies
- 2 bird’s eye chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 scallion

- Rinse all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure cleanliness.
- Slice the beef thinly.
- Cut the sausages diagonally into long strips.
- Dice the potato into small cubes.
- Thinly slice all the chilies diagonally.
- Thinly slice the garlic and shallots.
