Cah Kangkung with Beef DEBM

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of water spinach (use leaves and tender stems)
  • 100 grams of beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 red chilies
  • 3 bird’s eye chilies
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Seasoning powder, to taste
  • Oyster sauce, to taste

Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Gather all the ingredients.
    • Thinly slice the shallots, garlic, red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced shallots, garlic, red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Beef:

    • Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan.
    • Stir and cook until the beef is fully cooked through.
  4. Add the Vegetables:

    • Add the water spinach and sliced tomato to the pan.
    • Stir to combine, then add oyster sauce, salt, and seasoning powder to taste.
    • Continue to stir until the water spinach is wilted and the flavors are well combined.
  5. Serve:

    • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
    • Enjoy your flavorful Cah Kangkung with Beef!
