Cah Kangkung with Beef DEBM
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of water spinach (use leaves and tender stems)
- 100 grams of beef, thinly sliced
- 2 red chilies
- 3 bird’s eye chilies
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Seasoning powder, to taste
- Oyster sauce, to taste
Preparation Steps:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Thinly slice the shallots, garlic, red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies.

Sauté the Aromatics:
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced shallots, garlic, red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies. Sauté until fragrant.

Cook the Beef:
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan.
- Stir and cook until the beef is fully cooked through.

Add the Vegetables:
- Add the water spinach and sliced tomato to the pan.
- Stir to combine, then add oyster sauce, salt, and seasoning powder to taste.
- Continue to stir until the water spinach is wilted and the flavors are well combined.

- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
