Spicy Beef Skin Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg beef skin
  • 4 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 2 bird’s eye chilies
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for sautéing
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef Skin: Begin by thoroughly washing the beef skin. Cut it into small, bite-sized pieces for even cooking.

  2. Slice the Aromatics: Thinly slice the shallots, garlic, large red chilies, bird’s eye chilies, and tomato. These ingredients will add layers of flavor to the dish.
