Spicy Beef Yakiniku Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg beef (sliced thinly)
- Spice Paste:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- Stir-fry:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper (adjust according to spice preference)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 150 cc water

Prepare the Spice Paste: Blend the garlic and ginger together until smooth.

Heat the Oil: In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Cook the Spice Paste: Add the blended garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until the mixture changes color and becomes aromatic.

Add the Beef: Incorporate the sliced beef into the pan and stir-fry until the meat changes color.

Season the Beef: Add the ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce to the beef. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Add Water and Adjust Seasoning: Pour in 150 cc of water. Adjust the seasoning to taste and let it simmer until the beef is cooked through and the flavors are well-blended.
